Siblings in Sync, Roles Defined

Updated: Apr 9

Families consisting of four or more children these days seems to be among the minority. Which means that the task of dividing the roles within a family enterprise can see more responsibility placed on the shoulders of each sibling.

One or even two siblings might be firmly entrenched in the family business, another may be more adept at managing the family's investment interests. Regularly, another sibling takes on the role of philanthropist, more inclined to help others who are less fortunate.

Whatever the roles and responsibilities, well defined roles are just as critical as the role itself within the family unit.

If your or your client's family needs assistance to help define the roles and responsibilities within the family unit, please contact Canopy East.
